You have to have an account for Your Wardrobe Unlock'd to see the whole thing...
http://yourwardrobeunlockd.com/basics/projects/426-project-planning-for-success
(At least for right now, a summary shows up on the homepage, not sure how long that will last though).
IT'S SO COOL! This is the long, nicely-edited version of a) my Project Planning for A&S class from Pennsic two years ago, and b) a string of rambling posts to LJ shortly after that, which never actually were brought to a resolution. I have heard from a few people that the class and the posts were helpful to them, and hopefully having the (completed) article in an online journal will help even more people.
Not to mention... it's cool to be published!

Plagued by unfinished costumes? Sick of all-nighters? Big ideas that never quite come off? Here's how to make sure it works next time.
It's like PMP ultra-lite for non-IT folks. :-)
