OMG.

The Museo del Traje in Madrid is going to have an exhibit based on the costumes of Lope.  I.e., fashions of 16th century Spain.  September to November this year.

...must...find...exhibit...catalog!  Or scrape up the dinero for a blitz to Spain for a long weekend!

Awwwww, if you go promise me you'll bring back an exhibit catalog for me! And drink some sangria and Alhambra beer in my and Miguel's name, and eat some tapas for us...

Catalog - of course! Sangria - not so much (neither Bel nor I drink) Tapas - you bet! Just checked Virgin Vacations. They have a package deal for Madrid - $1119 per person - includes six nights at a 4-star hotel in the center of Madrid and round trip airfare from Dulles. Not too bad...
